What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the check-in date. Check-out must be done by noon on the check-out date. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional fees.
I am an international student. How do I register for accommodation?
According to Chinese law, foreign nationals must register their accommodation within 24 hours of arrival. UNIJIA staff will assist you with online registration, and we will send you the registration form upon successful submission.
How do I check out?
Please inform UNIJIA staff at least two weeks in advance of your check-out date so we can arrange room inspection and return your deposit.
What if I want to leave early?
We understand that some students may leave before the contract term ends. Please inform us at least two weeks in advance. Rent for the remaining term will not be refunded.
