We recommend you check in according to your reservation time, but if you need to adjust the check-in time due to special circumstances, please contact UNIJIA staff, and we will try to accommodate your needs. Please note that late check-ins or early departures will not result in a refund of the remaining rent.

UNIJIA’s contracts comply with the Housing Lease Law of the People's Republic of China, so the contract you sign is an international youth community accommodation contract.

Once you successfully book, we will send you a standard electronic contract via email for you to review. Upon check-in, we will sign two paper copies of the contract, one for us and one for you to keep.

UNIJIA offers a variety of room types for students, and prices vary depending on the community and room type you book. Price differences for the same room type depend on the length of the lease.

Yes. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent and a prepayment of 2000 yuan for utilities is required at check-in. After payment, you will receive a receipt. Please keep it safe, as it will be used to return your deposit upon check-out.

The deposit covers any damage to the room, excluding normal wear and tear. As long as the room is not damaged, rent is paid, and the room is kept clean, the deposit will be refunded when you leave. The refund will be processed via bank transfer or in cash, and UNIJIA staff will notify you about the refund a month before the end of the term.
