Can I share a room with someone?

UNIJIA rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. If you book a single room, you can invite one guest to stay overnight. However, if you book a double room, you cannot have guests over, even if your roommate is not present. Please inform us and the community manager in advance if you need overnight guests.

What should I do if something in my room breaks, like a chair or a light?

Please contact the UNIJIA team via WeChat or email to report any maintenance issues. Our maintenance team will log the issue and contact you within 48 hours to resolve the problem.

How is my room cleaned?

Keeping your room clean and tidy will make your stay more comfortable. We offer free cleaning tools and paid cleaning services, which you can arrange with us as needed.

Does UNIJIA international youth community have a gym?

UNIJIA Community 2: Free

UNIJIA Community 5: Paid

Do I need to take my belongings when I leave during holidays?

No, but we recommend taking your valuable items with you.

Do I need to pay rent if I am not in the apartment during the holidays?

Yes, you are still required to pay rent during the lease term, even if you are on vacation.

Can I smoke in my room or anywhere in the building?

All UNIJIA apartment buildings are non-smoking.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Yes, all UNIJIA student apartments have air conditioning, and you can control the temperature for heating or cooling as needed.
