You can book online by filling out the guest information and room type on the 'Accommodation Booking' page and submitting the form. After receiving your application, we will send you a confirmation email with the rental payment notice. Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

If you fill out and submit the booking form online, you will receive a confirmation email on the same day, along with the necessary booking documents.
For other inquiries, we will try to respond within one business day, depending on room availability. If you do not receive a reply immediately, don’t worry, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you don't receive a reply, feel free to call our contact number, and we will assist you.
If you plan to book a room more than 3 months in advance, you will need to pay the full rent for the booking term.
For long-term bookings, we offer a payment plan where you can pay for the first 6 months before check-in. We provide various payment options and will confirm the contract details with you.

We recommend checking in on the scheduled date, but if you need to delay your check-in, please contact UNIJIA staff in advance. Please note that no refund will be given for delayed check-ins or early departures.
